Collection of Information

the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to; e) the type of mobile device you use, f) your mobile devices unique device ID, g) the IP address of your mobile device, h) your mobile operating system, i) the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, j) And information about the way you use the Application.

Use and Sharing of Information

The Application obtains the e-mail address you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with us is optional. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register your e-mail address with us.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally may provide
a) your name and email address;
b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any of our information e-mails, contact our support, or download or use applications from us;
c) information you provide us when you contact us for help;
d) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact informatio.

We may also use the e-mail address you provided to us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information about updates, required notices and other user related information. However we do respect all users’ privacy and would never share your information with any third party nor sell or give away your information for marketing purposes.

Collection and precise real time information location

When you visit the mobile application we will use GPS Technology to determine your approximate location. This information is simply used to show the location of where to pick up the local item for sale.

Opt - Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, via info@shoppica.com

Managing Your Information - Data Retention Policy

All user data, such as username, email, geo-location, and user generated content, such as text, picture, video, are safely stored on Amazon cloud in your local country. The data are only used on the Shoppica platform and nowhere else. We will never sell your data nor can 3rd party access any of the data. If you’d like to delete your Data that you have provided via the Application, please uninstall the application and all data will be deleted.

Children’s safety

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us ASAP at info@shoppica.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security and Changes

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. However we are committed to provide an application with the highest possible level of security.

 This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on Shoppica.com or via newsletter to the e-mail you have provided when you register for the application.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CONFLICT OF LAW PROVISIONS, AND THE OBLIGATIONS, RIGHTS AND REMEDIES OF THE PARTIES HEREUNDER SHALL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUCH LAWS

By downloading, logging into Facebook or Google  and using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
